Here are some of the most common
questions our clients have asked:
Q.
What size of subject can be covered?
Large & small
single buildings, car showrooms and forecourts, commercial
developments or retail parks are suitable subjects. Private
Villas and Apartment blocks also make ideal subject matter.
Q.
Do you have to obtain permission from any authorities?
Not usually.
Our vehicles generally work from public highways so no
permissions are needed. When access to private land or
government facilities is desired, then a request for
permission is necessary & it is the clients responsibility to
obtain these permissions.
Q.
Does the client have full permission to use the photographs
supplied?
Yes. The
client has the licence to use the material supplied for the
use as intended. JYG retains the copyright on the material
supplied and the client must gain permission from JYG to use
this material for purposes of publication or commercial
interest. Under normal circumstances this is granted, but may
be refused if the client intends to use the material to
promote a business similar in nature to that undertaken by
JYG.
Q.
Who would want to use our service?
Applications
are numerous – Villa owners looking to display a property for
rental, contractors and builders needing to display products
in situ (roofing products are a common request), Real Estate
Agents hoping to display a complete plot of land for sale.
Possibilities & applications are endless.
Q.
Are the costs prohibitive for small organisations or
individuals?
Absolutely
not. In addition to working for larger Companies, we
frequently work with individuals looking to advertise their
Villa or Apartment in an increasing competitive rental
marketplace. The results are cost-effective and these
individual clients often find our work gives them a
competitive edge over their larger rivals.
Q. What information do we
need from our clients?
We need to
understand the client objectives & what are the photographs
are hoping to achieve. We actively encourage the participation
of the client in the situation of our operators, and viewing
the images we create before completing the photographic
commission. It also helps to know the maximum likely
reproduction size so that we can ensure the image quality is
effective for the needs of the client.
